10:30 a.m. Guided hike to the Guzet mountain pastures. Easy walk – please wear suitable clothing and bring water. Expected return: 1:00 p.m.

11:30 a.m. Conference: The Gascon Cattle Breed – Discover this iconic local breed, its unique characteristics, and the exceptional flavour of its beef. 3:30 p.m. Conference: The Black Bee – Discover (or rediscover) this native local bee species.
