A Unique Scientific Destination Under the Ariège Sky
The Guzet Observatory is a unique venue nestled in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees. It opened its doors on December 19, 2025. The project is led by the Ciel d’Occitanie Association, which is dedicated to making astronomy accessible to everyone, particularly to people who are blind or visually impaired.
