For safety reasons, the toboggan run is closed when it's raining. Please call us to confirm that the toboggan run is open.
The activity is prohibited for children under 4 years old and/or under 1 meter tall.
Children between 1m and 1m35 must select the accompanied sledding activity and do the activity accompanied by an adult; the sledding alone is accessible from 1m35.
Once you have your ticket in hand or on your phone, please go to the chairlift departure point at the time indicated on your ticket. The ascent is by chairlift and will last approximately 17 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the scenery before the descent.
If you wish to accompany your children on the ascent, please note that you will need to purchase a pedestrian pass at the ticket office and walk back down.
7For people with disabilities, please inform our lift operators if you require assistance (slowing down the chairlift, help boarding, etc.).
The ticket office is closed from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM. For a descent during this period, please go to the ticket office before closing time.
