Find below the arrangements in place for the stay pass and the season pass.
We give you the possibility of canceling your ski pass free of charge (from 2 to 7 consecutive days) up to 48 hours before your first day of skiing.
The total amount of your order will be credited to you in the form of a credit note to be used until December 31, 2022.
Cancellation requests must be made by email to: support@cavaskier.com, no cancellation request will be taken into account by phone or in the resort.
In the event of total closure of the ski area due to Covid-19, occurring before your first day of skiing, we will reimburse you for your entire stay package.
In the event of local² or national confinement imposed by the competent administrative authorities or total closure of the ski area linked to Covid-19, circumstances which would make it impossible to use the season pass, these special circumstances may be subject to compensation in the form of a credit note.
As specified in ourgeneral conditions of sale, no claim for compensation will be considered if access to the ski area by the season pass holder has been possible for more than 80 days during the winter.

¹ The Privilege, Vermeil and socio-professional season passes at specific prices are not concerned.
² Proof of address may be required in the event of local confinement.
